With over 20 years of experience, Ally holds a B.S. Fitness Specialist degree from East Carolina University and is a Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist & Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. She is also an AFAA Group Fitness Instructor. She also works as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in Cardiac Rehab.
DANCE

Her passion for fitness and dance shines through as she teaches group classes in zumba, cheer, dance, strength, circuit, bootcamp, yoga, and more. Fun fact: Ally is a professional cheerleader and held the title of Mrs. North Carolina United World 2022!
NUTRITION

Whether you're an athlete or just starting your journey. Ally is dedicated to supporting you every step of the way, offering personalized guidance and motivation. I did the 28-day Passport to Fitness Challenge, and I was very impressed. Ally really knows what she's doing. The videos demonstrating each exercise were so helpful. And the extra challenges such as line dancing were really fun. She also personalizes the program to your fitness level and access to equipment. The program really helped me get inspired to get fit. And it's fun, so I was able to do it even though I was on vacation part of the time.

Passport Challenge
Ally's passport to fitness was very helpful! She was able to tailor it to my at home workouts and provided forms to track reps and weight, so that I could see where I was growing. She even incorporated a thorough weekly check in to be able to give feedback for the upcoming week. I liked that she also included tutorials of exercises and how to do them properly. I look forward seeing more of what she has in store!
