I agree to consult with a physician or qualified healthcare professional regarding any questions or concerns about my ability to safely engage in physical activity, especially if I have a history of medical conditions, injuries, or other health considerations.
In consideration of my participation in any online training, coaching, programs, classes, or challenges provided by Travel Bug Fitness, LLC., I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, dependents, beneficiaries, executors, and administrators, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Travel Bug Fitness, LLC., including its owners, trainers, contractors, and affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) that may arise from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I understand that online training requires me to follow instructions at my own pace, modify exercises when needed, and stop immediately if I experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. I agree that I participate at my own risk.
