Structured virtual fitness classes, challenges, and programs designed to help you train with purpose and progress with confidence. Classes are offered online usually in a series, pop-up format, or as a group/individual personal training zoom sessions or video recordings. We will be testing out some formats such as Pilates, Barre, Yoga Fusion, Drum Aerobics, Bootcamp, and Hip Hop Step Aerobics.
